How you pay, how checkout protects your information, and what we keep to support your AUVENLISSA order.

What we accept.
Choose the payment method that suits you.
AUVENLISSA accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Availability may vary depending on your country, device, browser and payment provider.
Apple Pay is available only on compatible Apple devices and supported browsers. If an expected payment method does not appear at checkout, it may not currently be available in your region.

Your card details.
Payment information does not pass through our team.
AUVENLISSA uses Shopify for its storefront and checkout. When you make a payment, your card details are captured securely by the checkout provider and passed directly to the payment processor.
We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or payment account password. For an order, we may see only the information needed to provide support, such as your name, email, delivery address, order amount and limited payment confirmation details.

Checkout security.
Protected from browser to checkout.
AUVENLISSA checkout pages use encrypted connections to help protect the information you submit. You should see a secure padlock in your browser when visiting our website and checkout pages.
Where supported by your bank, card payments may include additional bank verification such as 3-D Secure. Orders may also be reviewed for potential fraud. If an order needs clarification, we will contact you by email rather than cancelling without notice.

Charges & refunds.
Please review your order total before payment.
Product prices and the payment currency are shown during checkout. If your card uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee.
Payment is collected when you place an order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your information.
We use only what is needed to serve your order.
We collect the details necessary to process payment, prepare and deliver your order, and provide customer care. AUVENLISSA does not sell your personal information.
If you receive an email claiming to be AUVENLISSA that asks for a full card number, CVV or password, do not provide that information. Contact us directly so we can help verify the message.
