You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Details made for real homes.

We take care to present AUVENLISSA products, colours, patterns, dimensions and finishes accurately. However, colours can vary slightly with screen settings and lighting. Pattern placement, proportions and small decorative details may also vary between items.

Product measurements are approximate. Please review each product page carefully before ordering, especially where size, placement or decorative edge details matter to your intended use.

When an order becomes confirmed.

Your order is an offer to purchase the items shown at checkout. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. The purchase contract is formed when we dispatch your goods.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price or product description contains a clear error, delivery cannot be completed, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is reasonably suspected. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.

Clear pricing at checkout.

Prices, delivery charges and the payment currency are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or international transaction fee.

Payment is collected when an order is placed. We use secure checkout providers to process payments and do not store your full card number, CVV or payment account password.

From dispatch to delivery.

Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Carrier networks, customs processing, weather and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing. Please check the Shipping Policy for processing times, estimated transit and destination information.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes or parcel redirection may not be possible.

Our return process.

Eligible returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions and help match the parcel to your order.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

Reasonable limits.

Our products are supplied for personal and household use. To the extent permitted by law, AUVENLISSA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from use of a product outside its intended purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.

We may update these terms when our business, products or legal requirements change. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that purchase, and the date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available to you under the law of your country of residence.
